Hindi movie - A Wednesday - an eye opener

My close friend called and asked me to watch this movie saying it was a good one. Thanks to the internet, I was able to watch it and really enjoyed it. It is a story regarding the several bomb blasts that Mumbai has a victim since 1992. Can a common man do something about this? How long should the common man live under fear - one is not sure if he/she will be safe travelling on the local train or the bus?

This movie raises a bigger question - will the real world follow this reel story? Indians have seen too many of these attacks, just yesterday there were 2 more blasts have rocked Delhi. When will these attacks stop?

X Files - I want to beleive - average

This weekend I did also get to watch X-Files the new release (I want to believe). The plot is weak and the actors are getting very old - especially Scully. I loved X-files the TV series and it generally had an alien piece to the puzzle, this movie does not have that surprise element. It does have the usually X-files erie music and some twists and turns but overall not a great movie.

Breach - good movie

I watched Breach on DVD, which iss based on a true story of an FBI agent who sells secrets to Russian agents. Chris Cooper (main actor) and Laura Linney deliver very believable action. Since the storyline is clear from the start there is less drama but there are few scenes where instant reactions are key which are shown pretty well. Worth watching on a weekend night.
